The first guy does attack pretty frequently compared to others but it's single target. The other slots, tbh are really anyone, because all the others are doing for me is hitting enemies for scratch damage but it does slow them down. When you unlock the eagle i choose to buff vikings and elves (i think, whatever race the first guy is) to further increase his dps. Bruenor - Shield Master, Jarlaxle - Your Choice. What i have been using is, the first guy in the second row to the front, the mage lady below him so she can heal the front guy/lady who buffs those behind, but she also buffs those around her for dps.
